Built in 1896 as a summer residence for King Nikola and his family, this recognizable historical building was given another floor in 1905, giving it the appearance we know today. After a comprehensive reconstruction in 2009, "Palac" was transformed into a representative building of 360 m², which combines the authentic spirit of royal tradition with modern comfort.
Layout and facilities
The ground floor is designed as a pleasant social space and includes:
- a bar,
- two elegant lounges,
- a library dedicated to Montenegrin literature.
On the first floor there are two spacious apartments, measuring 70 m² and 60 m², while the attic houses four more comfortable apartments, decorated in a warm, homely style.
Garden and exterior
"Palac" has a beautifully landscaped garden, ideal for relaxing and spending time in the fresh mountain air. The exterior also includes furnished picnic areas with benches, tables and a covered barbecue, which allows visitors to have a more complete and meaningful stay in nature.
